Policy's

LEAD REGISTRATION POLICY
  • On every visit/ revisit all prospect & Channel Partner details to be mandatorily captured in the TAB placed at Sales Office/ Site/ Experience Centre.
  • Without capturing the prospect and Channel Partner details in TAB, the Channel Partner/ prospect should not be showcased the sample apartment/site.
LEAD PROTECTION POLICY

For the products Upto Rs. 1 Cr.

  • Channel Partner who brings the Prospect first for Site Visit @ Sales Office/ Site Office/ Experience Centre, will be registered for that Lead.
  • This Lead will be protected for 45 days from the last date of prospect visit/ revisit @ Sales Office/ Site Office/ Experience Centre.

For the products exceeding business value of 1 Cr.

  • Channel Partner who brings the prospect first for Site Visit @ Experience Centre, will be registered for that Lead.
  • This Lead will be protected for 60 days from the last date of prospect visit/ revisit @ Experience Centre.

In addition to above:

  • If for any reason the prospect cannot travel to the site for actual site visit, then the CP can request for a virtual site visit to be carried for the prospect in presence of Site Head/ Cluster Head. Any such site visit will be recorded in TAB and the CP facilitating such Site Visit will be registered for that lead and from there on the Lead Protection Policy will come in force.
  • For any outstation/ international meeting with prospect, meeting which takes place in presence of any PARAS Employee then such lead will be registered in TAB and all such leads will be protected under the Lead Protection Policy.
